If any sign, not related to city business – parade, special event, or community activity, is placed on state/city right-of-way or “public” property it is ILLEGAL and can be taken down and removed by ANYONE. In other words, bandit signs place in the areas mentioned above are ILLEGAL and are treated the same as trash. Persons who place these signs can also be charged with littering.
