    It seams like they have forgotten that there is more to commercial RE than apartments. Try going to the RE section at any bookstore and you will hardly find a thing. The few you do find are usually about multi-family housing. A pharase I like when it comes to RE is “if somebody lives in it, I don’t own it.”

    He forgot to mention the Industrial segment of Commercial estate. Mainly warehouses and big block distribution centers. These are thriving currently. You are always going to need storage for imports and exports, not including small business that need office/flex properties, consisting of office & warehouse. You may want to rename this video “Bloomberg Television interview on the retail & office segment of Commercial real estate. Other than that good advice for Institutional investors
