Heres part 4 for y’all. we’re finally starting on electric guitar! and so sorry about the distorted audio. the webcam mic sucks and i had it set a little too high so the audio distorted. i’ll fix it for the next lesson. NOTE – Lesson 5 and 6 are now posted. link to lesson 5 – www.youtube.com

Hi, I like you as a guitar teacher so much i thing you are very good, i also like the first part you played in this video, it sounded like blues. The only thing is that i could hear more static in this video than the actual sound. Thanks anyway i am going to start the lessons with you.

i know you said this all applies to acoustic guitars too, but can you pull off, hammer, or bend strings on an acoustic? because i don’t see how that works?

Hey man, this is really awesome, honestly, I got my guitar only 5 days ago, which I consider very short and I finished the first four lessons already (and by finished I mean I can actually do the pathogen thing pretty quickly) and it’s all because you are an awesome teacher. I must say, I did practice every drill each day for half an hour or more, it really helped out a lot.

May i ask Whats a acoustic compared to a normal guitar or are they the same i just wanting to know before i buy.

well, it all depends on budget.
I’d say to buy the best guitar that you can afford, cause its worth the extra money.
don’t buy cheap starter packts, costco guitars, etc.
The Fender MIM Strat has really good value, a good guitar for around 400 bucks. But i personally don’t like strats.
As for the amp, i would look into the Roland Cubes or the Vox Valvetronix. I know its not a tube amp, but its cheaper and good enough.
