Floor Time Won’t Save Your Real Estate Business

As the real estate business gets tough, many agents are counting on the “old ways” to solve their problems. Sometimes traditional ways can work; however, if you count on the wrong techniques you might just be headed for the tarpits. As you watch the video we challenge to consider if your traditional marketing is working. Are you closing business monthly from that magazine ad? (if not…cut it). Are you getting a new buyer to work with each time you get “floor time”? If you aren’t you are just wasting your time. Getting more from your real estate marketing doesn’t always mean spending money, it sometimes means cutting what isn’t work.
