Frank, are you just giving information to people or have you actually DONE deals like this? The info is good, but unless you have done a land trust deal, viewers need to really investigate this. You really only learn from “doing”. Reading and hearing info will only take you so far. I’m not discouraging you though…keep the info coming.

Please do a video over wholesales. Maybe situational and examples of different scenarios doing a wholesale deal. I am just starting out and very interested in wholesales, I just cant seem to find someone willing to go more in depth.
