Are you looking to join or open an online network marketing venture. As you seek on the Internet you will find the name of Mike Dillard. His Magnetic Sponsoring created a new generation of multi-level marketers. He has a new course (by new I mean 2008) called Black Belt Recruiting. As you start your business you may be considering purchasing his course and are wondering if it is worth the money and time. As someone who was brand new to network marketing, I have reviewed his course and how you might use it in your business. Lets first discuss what the course is.
What is Black Belt Recruiting (BBR)? (BBR) is a training program where Mike and Mark Wieser spend six CDs talking about their history and experience. They talk about techniques they used to sponsor 10 people a month, which is offline sponsoring. So BBR is a very good training course. Now if you were a seasoned pro you probably would listen to it and pick-up a few techniques and move on. But I was brand new and never been in network marketing and I ate it up. My previous business was failing and I closed it. I needed to look for a new source of income. Searching the Internet, I discovered MLMLeadSstemPro. While looking into their training I discovered the world of Mike Dillard and Black Belt Recruiting. All I knew about Multi-Level Marketing was what I experienced when my brother and his girlfriend joined Amway. They sent the next six months chasing all our relatives and hounding them to join. If you didn’t, you didn’t see them because they were too busy with their meetings and rallies. So if you are a newbie the ideas and strategies can be very helpful.
How can Black Belt Recruiting help you and your business? The biggest help will be the mind shift you make while listening to the CDs. How Mark approaches his leads when he calls them. Yes, he calls his leads. He spends a lot of time on the phone talking to his future downline. He does not let an automated system sign people up. While that is great it is the relationship you make that will build your business. Sorry I digress. Mark approaches the leads as an opportunity for the lead but he is also interviewing them. As you talk to your leads you are listen to how they are talking about MLM business. If they hesitate at all then you should move on. You may find that hard in the beginning because you are looking for anybody to sponsor into your business. But if you think about it, if you have to convince the person to join your opportunity how effective will they be. You do not want to spend your time training someone who heart is not committed to the business.
Should you buy Mike Dillard’s Black Belt Recruiting? Yes. Even if you have been in the network marketing business for years there is something to be learned from two very successful Multi-level Marketers. But if you are new to network marketing it is a must. You should listen to it at least three times and let the techniques and strategies sink-in so they become second nature. This is a new profession and you need to embrace it as a full-time business not a hobby.
