A Background on Eric Worre:

I first got a chance to meet Eric Worre in my first successful experience in MLM. Eric was one of the ‘Big Three’ leaders in the company I was involved with him in.

I was always fascinated by Eric, because he has a really unique personality. On the stage of major conventions, Eric tends to ask questions an listen more than he speaks. Eric is the master interviewer, asking questions, clarifying discussion, and bringing the finer points of MLM prosperity to light.

It’s a great idea to study Eric’s training – he’s a great leader – and he’s got some valuable things to say about MLM.

So how does Mr. Worre build his team?

Eric teaches the traditional MLM basics: word of mouth, third party promotions, home meetings, and the like. In fact, it is a difficult task to get Eric to talk about anything more complicated than the concept of ‘Third Party’, Weekly Meetings, and Home Meetings.

He will not do it – period. In fact, I don’t know if he would remember this, but I heard him talking one day about how he keeps things ridiculously simple, and so I was around him later that day at a training convention, and I questioned him, attempting my best to get him to be complicated. Eric just wouldn’t complicate anything, no matter how hard I tried.

Eric will drill again and again ‘keep it simple’. Until I met Mr. Worre, I was frustrated by a long list of over complicated MLM trainers that wasted my time, energy, and money. (Which made me one frustrated networker)…

So are Eric’s business building techniques effective for all people?

Mr. Worre freely admits that one way doesn’t work for everyone. In fact, humble MLM leaders in the 21st century are quick to admit that every system isn’t right for everyone. Different personalities find success in MLM with different strategies – as evidenced by the thousands of contradicting training systems that have produced strong results.

Actually, being involved with Mr. Worre was the first time I earned more than a few thousand dollars a month in MLM – and I did that by following his system to the T.

Honestly, implementing that system was difficult, cumbersome, and frustrating for almost everybody. All of us were in our mid 20′s, didn’t have much money, and I had the largest sphere of influence among them (and that wasn’t saying much). Simply put, to make big money using Eric’s system – I would have to alter my personality and join a bunch of business networking clubs to meet the kind of people I would need to recruit. I would rather wash dishes.

After that, I found out that I hate spending all of my free time on meetings, phone calls, and meeting random people in shopping malls. Now I do love speaking, but there was just too much pressure to do weekly events, even when it was less effective than other approaches. I desired a way to conduct business that was in harmony with who I am.

That being said, am I saying Eric Worre’s techniques don’t work? Actually, Mr. Worre’s training system was the first marketing system that ever worked for me in MLM. Just so you are aware, I wasn’t satisfied with building a business like that, and so I found a more efficient way of marketing through massive research, thought, and action

…then I uncovered the power of internet marketing and personal branding. It took some effort, training, and practice, but I learned how to promote myself online. Not only is it way more fun than all of that stuff I used to do, it works WAY better as well.

I can’t tell you how empowering it was the first time I developed a list of 1,000 Network Marketers who all had requested information from me, were reading my emails, and calling me asking if I would be willing to work with them personally if they joined my business.

Simply put, does Eric Worre’s training work? The answer is yes, however – there is not any way I will EVER build a team like that, ever again. Simply put, I don’t care how much money that way would make me. I found that it is so much more profoundly attractive, fun, and desireable to learn how to have people calling YOU asking to get in your business..

I would not do things any other way.

I experienced the exact opposite, however.In six months of online marketing, my income grew by five times.  Today I sponsor more reps into my business than almost anyone I’ve met in this profession.
