The most important thing for you to do is to upgrade your new member’s knowledge as soon as possible. Tranfer your expertise to your new members. Make them experts of the business. Treat them like your equal and never act like a superior figure to them. Instead, communicate to them on a level of a business partner and openly share valuable information to them. If you do that, I’ll guarantee that your team will grow unstoppably.
